This research portal — framework-free

ish.typhoon.kr is hand-written HTML/CSS/JS with no build step. Content is data-driven: realtime forecast pages, posters, and tool links render from JSON manifests, and a single shared script injects the sidebar shell on every page for a unified look.

Internal web apps

Institute-internal tools are built with Next.js — TRC-NET handles approval workflows, document tracking, a shared team calendar (business trips, leave, Google Calendar sync), PDF generation matching official document forms, mobile layouts, and an English language mode shaped by real user feedback.

Practices

Reusable components over duplication, accessibility basics (skip links, ARIA labels, focus states), reduced-motion support, and manifest-driven rendering so new content ships without touching markup.
